Digital files
Because files are delivered instantly, refunds apply within 7 days when a file is broken, will not open, or differs from its description, and we cannot fix it. Email us with the order code.
Consulting
Full refund if the session does not take place on our side. Free rescheduling with 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours can be moved to another date, not refunded.
Timing
Refunds go back to the original method within 5 working days.
